These terms apply when you use zenniverse.com and its worlds at rituals.zenniverse.com, library.zenniverse.com and laws.zenniverse.com (the “Site”), run by Zenniverse (“we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Spiritual and entertainment disclaimer
Astrology, numerology, rituals, the Universal Laws and every reading on this Site are offered for spiritual reflection, personal growth and entertainment. They are not scientific predictions, and no result is guaranteed.
Nothing on the Site is medical, mental health, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for it. Do not delay or ignore professional help because of anything you read here. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services right away — in the U.S. call or text 988.
You are responsible for your own choices. Readings describe tendencies and invitations, not fixed fate. Rituals and practices are symbolic; use candles, flame, herbs and oils safely, never leave a flame unattended, and follow the safety rules of the place you are in.
2. Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, create a reading, submit a form or make a purchase.
3. Your reading and your information
Readings are calculated from the details you enter. Please enter only your own details, or someone else’s with their permission. If you read someone else — for example in Compatibility — only enter what they would be comfortable with. How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. Emails
If you choose to receive Zenniverse emails, we will send readings, rituals, daily laws and news of openings. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
5. Purchases
Some offerings — such as personal Deep Readings, professional rituals, the interactive Ritual Room and books — may be sold on the Site. When they are:
- Prices, formats and what is included are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Digital products and instant-access experiences (such as the Ritual Room, digital books and downloadable guides) begin as soon as you receive access, so they are non-refundable once accessed, except where the law requires otherwise or if something did not work — then contact us and we will make it right.
- Personal readings and sessions can be rescheduled, or refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Sessions that have already taken place are not refundable.
- Personalized ritual kits are prepared for you from your chart, so they cannot be returned. If a kit arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it. Kits currently ship within the United States.
- Other physical products, when available, can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
If you believe you were charged in error, write to us at hello@zenniverse.com before disputing the charge, and we will help.
6. Our content
The writing, readings, laws, rituals, designs, images, code and names on the Site belong to Zenniverse or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, save and share links to the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, republish or train software on our content without written permission. Sharing a single law, reading or quote with credit and a link to the Site is welcome.
7. Using the Site respectfully
Please do not misuse the Site. That includes trying to break or overload it, collecting other people’s information, submitting false or harmful content (including to the Collective Altar), or using it for anything unlawful. We may remove content or limit access to protect the Site and its visitors.
8. The Site as it is
We work hard to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change, pause or retire any part of it. Astrological calculations depend on the birth details you enter and may differ from other systems or sources.
9. Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, Zenniverse is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a reading or practice. Our total responsibility for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Zenniverse is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will always try to resolve any concern with you directly first.
